UAC of Nigeria Plc announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Tiger Brands Limited’s minority shareholding in UAC Foods Limited. UAC Foods is a subsidiary of UACN, which has its operation in the food and beverage industry.
After the execution of this agreement, UAC Foods Ltd. will continue operating has a subsidiary of UACN Plc.
