History
Capital Assets Limited was incorporated on 28th December, 1995 as a private limited liability company to provide specialized financial and investment advisory services to corporate clients, governments and individuals. The company commenced full operations in May 1998.
Capital Assets Limited is duly registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) as an Issuing house, Fund Manager and Broker/Dealer.
Capital Assets Limited is a Dealing Member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and was recently appointed as a Supplemental Market Maker and Designated Adviser.
Capital Assets Limited is also registered as a participating Institution and Issuing House with NASD Plc.
Capital Assets Limited has served on the National Council of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and is presently serving on the Advisory Board for the Federal Government of Nigeria Green Bond Issuance Programme.
