Chief Adetunji is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Institute of Certified Accountants, Chartered Institute of Secretaries and the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He was formerly the Managing Director/CEO of UNIC Insurance PLC. He has also served as the Executive Consultant/CEO of BAICO Insurance Plc. He is currently
the Managing Partner of Adewuyi Adetunji & Co., a firm of Chartered Accountants. Chief Adetunji is also on the Board of several Companies in Nigeria.

Mr. Olushekun is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and the Institute of Directors. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and The Nigerian Institute of Management. He is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and NASD Plc. He is registered by the Securities & Exchange Commission. He holds HND (Upper Credit) in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology as well as MBA (Marketing) from the University of Lagos. He is an Alumnus of the Advance Management Program (AMP) of IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain. He has also participated in Executive and Professional Development programmes at Harvard Business School, Boston, INSEAD Business School, Fontainebleau France, Lagos Business School and New York Institute of Finance.

Mr. Olushekun has over 30 years experience of active participation in various aspects of Investment Banking eleven out of which were spent at Centre-Point Merchant Bank Plc. He left Centre-Point in 1998 to establish and manage Capital Assets Limited, a leading Investment Banking outfit in Nigeria. He has participated in several Investment Banking transactions for corporate bodies and governments at federal, state and local levels.

Mr. Olushekun is a Past President and Chairman of the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He has served on the National Council of The Nigerian Stock Exchange as well as on the Board of its subsidiary, NSE Consult Limited. He is currently serving on the Boards of Central Securities Clearing System Plc, NASD Plc - the Over-The-Counter Trading Platform of the Nigerian Capital Market, Unity Registrars Limited, Co-Link Investment Management Limited and Applied Logic Limited, operators of BroadStreetLagos.com, a Stockmarket Research Portal. He was a member of the Business Support Group of The Nigerian Vision 20:2020 as well as the Federal Government Capital Market Resuscitation Committee. He recently served as the Chairman of Capital Market Literacy Master Plan Committee and is currently a member of the Capital Market Master Plan Implementation Council (CAMMIC) of the Securities & Exchange Commission, the Nigerian Green Bond Advisory Group and Chairman of The Nigerian Stock Exchange Investigation Panel.

Mr. Olushekun has attended several local and international courses on Investments, Banking and Finance. He has also made presentations at several seminars, workshops and Investment Fora in Nigeria, USA, UK, Ireland and Canada.

Mr. Odozi, a former Deputy Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, holds BSc. Economics Degree from the University of Ibadan. He is the Chairman, Board of Directors of UBA Pensions Custodian Limited and Excel Professional Services Limited. He was a Non-Executive Director, UBA Plc 1999 to 2005, Chairman, Audit Committee, African Export-Import Bank (September 1997 to June 1999) and many others. He recently joined the Board of Skye Bank Plc as an Independent Non-executive Director. Mr. Odozi, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and the Institute of Credit Administration has been involved in financial sector consulting.

Dr. Samaila M. Kewa holds PhD in Economics, SUNY Binghamton University, MA Economics, University of Manchester, BSc Economics, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He started his career as a Lecturer at University of Jos before joining Plateau State Government as Commissioner for Finance and later the Commissioner for Education and member of the State Council. Dr. Kewa joined National Oil and Chemical PLC as Executive Director, Chemicals Marketing before he joined Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation as an Executive Director Services, IDSL Benin and later seconded to Nigerian LNG Limited as the Deputy Managing Director and back to NNPC until his retirement in 2006.

Mrs Olushekun graduated from the University of Jos with a Second Class (Upper Division) Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Lagos. She had 10 years experience with a Banking Institution before joining the Lagos State Civil Service where she is currently a Management Staff. Mrs Olushekun has attended various local and international courses in Management and Administration.
