Mr. Olushekun is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and the Institute of Directors. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and The Nigerian Institute of Management. He is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and is duly registered by the Securities & Exchange Commission. He holds MBA (Marketing) from the University of Lagos as well as HND (Upper Credit) in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology. He is also an Alumnus of the Advance Management Program (AMP) of IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain.
Mr. Olushekun has about 29 years experience of active participation in various aspects of Investment Banking eleven out of which were spent at Centre-Point Bank Plc. He left Centre-Point in 1998 to establish and manage Capital Assets Limited, a leading Investment Banking outfit in Nigeria. He has packaged several financing arrangements for corporate bodies and governments at federal, state and local levels. In conjunction with others, he facilitated the establishment of the Nigerian chapter of The Investment Club Network (TICN), a worldwide organization with representation in 30 countries.
Mr. Olushekun is a past of president and Chairman of the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. . He has served on the National Council of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and was also a Director of NSE Consult Limited, a subsidiary of The Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is currently serving on the Boards of Central Securities Clearing System Plc, NASD Plc - the Over-The-Counter Trading Platform of the Nigerian Capital Market, Unity Registrars Limited, Co-Link Investment Management Limited and Applied Logic Limited, operators of BroadStreetLagos.com, a Stockmarket Research Portal. He was a member of the Business Support Group established by the Federal Government of Nigeria for the Nigerian Vision 2020 Project as well as the Federal Government Capital Market Resuscitation Committee. He recently served as the Chairman of Capital Market Literacy Master Plan Committee and is currently a member of the Capital Market Master Plan Implementation Council (CAMMIC) of the Securities & Exchange Commission. He has also served as the Director of Administration as well as the Chairman of the Technical Committee of the Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria.

Kissinger is a graduate of Banking and Finance from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He bagged an MSc. Finance from the University of Calabar, and a Masters in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos. He is an Associate Member of both the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He is also an Authorized Dealing Clerk on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is a seasoned investment banker who began his career with First Bank Plc where he did his NYSC in 1999. He joined Gulf Bank of Nigeria Plc in 2001 where he garnered experience in the field of private banking and corporate banking. He worked in the Corporate Finance division of Resort Securities & Trust Limited from 2002 to 2004 before he joined Intercontinental Capital Markets Limited in 2004 where he was appointed Head, Mutual Funds Group which was the Fund Manager to the Intercontinental Integrity Fund and Head, Capital Markets Group. He was involved in the execution of various capital market mandates such as Public Offers, Private Placements, Mergers & Acquisitions, Takeovers, Restructurings, Placings, etc. He has attended several courses locally and abroad, among which are Financial Strategy of the Firm at the Lagos Business School, Corporate Finance at the Financial Institutions Training Centre and the International Housing Finance program and securitization program by the Wharton University of Pennsylvania USA.
Adekanmbi Moruf Ayanniyi is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He holds HND in Accounting from Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke. He joined Standard Trust of Nigeria now United Bank for Africa in 2005, where he worked as Internal Control Officer before joining Chartwell Securities Limited in 2008 where he worked as the Head of Accounts and Finance until July 2013. He joined Capital Assets Limited in August 2013 as the Head of Accounts and Finance.
Mr Idowu Adegbenga Adesola is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He graduated from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) Ile-Ife in 1987 with B. Sc. Economics, Second Class (Upper Division).
He trained and worked with HLB Z.O. Ososanya & Co. (Chartered Accountants) for 11 years with vast audit and taxation experience in diverse sectors of the economy ranging from Banks and Non Banks Financial Institutions, Oil and Gas , Manufacturing, Construction , Insurance, Printing, Publication and Trading Companies. He was an Audit Manager with the Firm until he moved to Profund Securities Limited in 2002 as Head Planning and Control.
He rose through the ranks in Profund Securities Limited to become the Senior Manager Control and Strategy as well as the Chief Compliance Officer of the Company in 2012; a position he held until he joined Capital Assets Limited as the Chief Compliance Officer in August, 2016
Mr Adenle is an Investment and Risk Manager. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, an Authorized Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and duly registered by the Securities & Exchange Commission. A seasoned Investment Banker with experiences in Financial Advisory, Capital Issues, Portfolio Management, Investment Analysis, Business Valuation, Islamic Finance and Capital Market Operations. He has participated in the execution of various capital market transactions such as the divestment of the holdings of a major bank in its subsidiaries and was part of the Financial Advisory Team in a major acquisition exercise. He has also been part of other market transactions such as Public Offers, Private Placements, Mergers & Acquisitions.
He also has vast experience in Risk Management and was the winner of the Business Day Risk Manager of the Year Award at the 2016 Nigerian Risk Awards. He heads the Portfolio and Risk Management Department of Capital Assets Limited.
Mr Musa is a Professional Banker, Accountant, Stockbroker and Information Security Auditor. He has competence in business strategy, financial planning, banking operations, human resource development, credit management and portfolio management. Prior to joining Capital Assets, he worked for several years at a discount house. Mr Musa also worked for 10 years in the banking industry during which time he was a credit and marketing operations staff and also a fulltime instructional staff at the training centre of a major commercial bank.
Ms. Okolo holds Higher National Diploma (HND) from Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra State and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Calabar. She worked for over 12 years as the Personal Assistant to the General Manager (Investment Banking) before joining the main stream banking as an investment banker of Centre-Point Bank Plc before joining Capital Assets Limited. Her responsibilities cover Human Resources and Corporate Affairs.
