Nestle S.A, a prestigious Swiss multinational food and drink processing Conglomerate Corporation has acquired additional 346,334 units of shares in Nestle Nigeria Plc.
The total consideration of the shares purchased by Nestle S.A is N484,867,600 at N1,400 per share. The transaction which occurred on the floor of the Nigerian Exchange Limited was carried out in two tranches on the 20th and 23rd of August 2021.
