Our Investment Management Service has been designed to relieve clients of the burden of Investment planning, tracking, monitoring and collection of entitlements such as dividends and bonuses.

This service therefore gives our clients ample time to focus on other endeavours while our team of investment professionals looks after the Investment Portfolio.

In implementing both Discretionary and Non-Discretionary mandates, we strive to understand our clients’ peculiarities and design investment portfolios structured to meet their objectives. This is followed by timely implementation as market environment dictates. We then monitor performance of the portfolio closely, periodically undertake reviews and take necessary actions to ensure that initial objectives are attained.

This Portfolio gives Capital Assets Limited full discretion on the management of the Portfolio.

As Discretionary Investment Manager,  Capital Assets Limited will

  • Identify and select the appropriate securities to be included in the portfolio
  • Determine the percentage allocation and weight of each securities in the portfolio
  • Monitor and rebalance the portfolio when necessary
  • Provide Periodic Reports

This Portfolio gives the Investor discretion on the management of the Portfolio.

As Non-Discretionary Investment Manager, Capital Assets Limited will

  • Recommend the appropriate securities to be included in the portfolio
  • Recommend the percentage allocation and weight of each securities in the portfolio
  • Monitor the portfolio and recommend rebalancing strategy when necessary
  • Give periodic reports

Alternative Finance Portfolio is a passively managed Portfolio. The Portfolio is designed as a platform to pool together resources from diverse investors interested primarily in exploring investment opportunities in the alternative finance market but either lack sufficient capital to stand alone or lack the time and/or expertise to act on their own for a profitable management. The Fund seeks to generate competitive income for all classes of investors that value liquidity and security of assets. Its main focus will be to maximise income by investing in Alternative Finance Money Market while preserving capital invested and providing liquidity and attractive return on invested fund.
