Zenith Bank Declares N2.50 Dividend

Zenith Bank Plc made a Corporate Accounts announcement on the 21st of February 2019, declaring a final Dividend of N2.50 kobo per share to all the Shareholders of the Company for the period ended December 31, 2019, thus, bringing the total dividend declared by the Company for the financial year 2019 to N2.80 kobo

Shareholders whose name appears on The Register of Names on March 9, 2020 will qualify for the 50 kobo dividend declared. The Dividend will therefore be paid electronically on March 16, 2020.

Shareholders are therefore advised to be Download and complete the E-mandate Activation Form which is available on The Company’s Registrar website (www.veritasregistrars.com) and submit the form back to The Registrar or their respective banks.
