Board of Africa Prudential Plc proposes 50 kobo dividend

At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Africa Prudential Plc (the Company) held on Thursday February 18, 2021, the Board resolved as follows:

1.That the Company’s Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2020 be and is hereby approved.

2.That payment of dividend of 50 Kobo per ordinary share, amounting to N1,0000,000,000 (One billion Naira only) will be recommended for approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, subject to appropriate Withholding Tax.

3.That the Company be and is hereby authorised to notify The Exchange and published the Audited Financial Statements accordingly.
