African Prudential Declares 70kobo Dividend

Africa Prudential Plc made a Corporate Accounts announcement on the 25^th of February 2019, declaring a Dividend of 70 kobo per share to all the Shareholders of the Company for the period ended December 31, 2019.

Shareholders whose name appears on The Register of Names on March 6, 2020 will qualify for the 50 kobo dividend declared. The Dividend will therefore be paid electronically on March 23, 2020.

Shareholders are therefore advised to be Download and complete the E-mandate Activation Form which is available on The Company’s website (www.africaprudential.com) and submit the form back to The Registrar or their respective banks.
